Job Summary and Responsibilities As an IT Technical Analyst, you will provide in-depth technical expertise to support, implement, and optimize specific IT systems and infrastructure. Every day you will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, perform system configurations and maintenance, and assist with new technology deployment and integration. To be successful, you will demonstrate specialized technical proficiency, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication, ensuring robust and efficient IT operations.
