Treasury Management Account Manager II
The main purpose of this job is to serve as the primary client contact for maintenance and retention activity and proactively identify cross-selling product opportunities. As a Treasury Management Account Manager II, you'll be required to consistently meet balance, Treasury Services revenue, and profit budgets. You'll also be the key person in charge of building a strong, long-running relationship with our customers.
Essential functions include:
- Serve as the primary client contact for maintenance and retention activity and proactively identify cross-selling product opportunities
- Identify potential solutions to client needs as requested, or because of needs analysis and identification in partnership with the client team to support business goals
- Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure timely delivery of Treasury Solutions to clients and post-sale satisfaction
- Independently manage building and preparing relationship reviews and follow-ups
- Ensure appropriate credit approval is in place for selected products and ensure ongoing compliance
- Participate and identify with internal projects and process improvements
- Perform automated clearing house and remote deposit audits and variance reports
- Run pricing/cost benefit models; confer with sales officer regarding profitability of relationships and any price negotiation needed
- Assist the sales officer in relationship planning, gather information regarding prospects and update plans as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include:
- Intermediate understanding of Treasury product knowledge, go to market strategy, and customer onboarding processes
- Intermediate understanding of bank operations and the cash management sales process
- Strong problem-solving, sales, and presentation skills
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Education and experience required:
- Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3+ years experience in the financial services industry or within Treasury Management Sales, Product Management or Payment System Operations required
- Familiarity with banking payment system regulations, transaction processing and corporate treasury function preferred
- Prior sales and contract negotiation experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle collection/payment processes and strategies preferred
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certifications preferred
Compensation range: Annual Salary from $62,000.00 - $107,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
