Job Summary:

Lead strategy development and execution for marketing and selling Comcast Business Class products via direct sales, cross-division partnerships, and indirect channels. Manage ongoing relationships with the customers, assist with day two support, onboarding, renewals, jeopardy accounts and churn limitation. Drive direct end-user revenue and ensure partners effectively position Comcast Business Class solutions. This job is an individual contributor role.

Core Responsibilities:

• Drives incremental monthly sales to meet or exceed budget across 75–100 customer relationships with $5K–$25K spend potential.
• Recruit, train and support the partner community to position the entire suite of Comcast Business Class solutions.
• Ensures consistent completion of product installation by partnering with regions relative to survey, order acceptance, construction and post-sale process.
• Serves as liaison to channel partners with regards to any sales related issues.
• Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel via Sales Force.com.
• Maintain customer lifecycle management through onboarding, periodic account reviews and renewals with a goal to maximize revenue while limiting churn

Compensation:

National Pay Range: $47,095.17 USD-$120,413.79 USD

Colorado Pay Range: $52,982.07 USD - $110,780.69 USD

Hawaii Pay Range: $61,812.41 USD - $101,147.59 USD

Washington DC Pay Range: $67,699.31 USD - $110,780.69 USD

Maryland Pay Range: $55,925.52 USD - $110,780.69 USD

Minnesota Pay Range: $52,982.07 USD - $101,147.59 USD

New York Pay Range: $55,925.52 USD - $120,413.79 USD

Washington Pay Range: $52,982.07 USD - $115,597.24 USD

New Jersey Pay Range: $58,868.97 USD - $115,597.24 USD

Vermont Pay Range: $55,925.52 USD - $96,331.03 USD

Massachusetts Pay Range: $58,868.97 USD - $115,597.24 USD

California Pay Range: $52,982.07 USD - $104,804.59 USD

Targeted Commission: $50,000.00

Education:

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
