Great customer service, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Bilingual (Spanish & English) candidates are ideal.
Required Skills:
- At least 6 months experience working in service desk role
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills:
- Bilingual with both English & Spanish
- Experience with MFA migration
- Experience using ServiceNow
