Helpdesk Technician

We are seeking a helpdesk technician, preferably local to the Columbus, OH area, to join our hybrid team working three days per week onsite. This role operates during core business hours, Monday–Friday (7am–4pm or 8am–5pm EDT). You will gather, document, and perform initial troubleshooting on customer technical issues via phone support, while also managing tickets submitted through the self-service portal and responding to chat requests. Strong customer service skills are essential, and experience in a contact center or performing phone/email support is a plus. Candidates should be comfortable using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, ShareWell, or Spiceworks and performing computer-based application work within a Microsoft/Windows environment. Technical experience and certifications such as A+ are beneficial but not required. A degree is not necessary; one to two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. Successful candidates will be organized, adaptable, and committed to staying current with products and services through ongoing training and documentation review.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
