About the Role: As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person. Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in the emergency room check-in process, ensuring a caring, compassionate and efficient process. Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged. Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
