Senior Account Manager

Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join its team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the successful execution of branding and marketing campaigns. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their goals and delivering tailored marketing strategies.
• Oversee the planning and execution of client campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure consistent branding and high-quality deliverables.
• Present campaign strategies, creative concepts, and performance results to clients, addressing their feedback effectively.
• Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and work with leadership to pitch new services or solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and integrate fresh ideas into client strategies.
• Resolve conflicts and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Manage account budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 5-8+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or project management, ideally in a branding or marketing agency.
• Proven ability to manage high-profile client accounts and deliver measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of branding concepts, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and platforms.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
