Full time position provides Service Desk IT support to all HCE customers. Answers support tickets and assist with whatever technical issues the client may be facing including troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. Performs workstation replacements in accordance with IT equipment lifecycle and assists IT employees with work plans and special projects. Contributes to a strong security culture by practicing cybersecurity awareness and by referring identified security issues to senior team members for resolution or mitigation.
Requirements:
Starting wage $38.04 - $47.55 per hour DOE.
