Technical Field Support Position
Ready 123 Solution's provides onsite Technical Field Support to Major Brands such as Walmart, Target, Dave Busters, Pizza Hut, and Chase Bank and more! Positions available anywhere in the US. Duties include:
- Provide POS upgrades and support
- Replace Verifone pin pads and credit card readers
- Troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, SDWANS, and CCTV
- Printer support
- Troubleshoot network devices with assistance from Technical Support
- Cat 5/6 replacement for non-responsive network devices
Skills:
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and networking
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users and stakeholders
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the scope of the work order
- Able to climb or use ladder for out of reach network equipment is a plus!
- Need basic tools for troubleshooting such as a basic screwdriver set including mini, butt sett, cable toner, Cat 5/6, and RJ45 cable tester
