As a Help Desk Technician you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
Resolve technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
Diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems utilizing historical database records. May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists. Maintain and update records and tracking databases. Alert management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
Required Education and Experience: Help Desk Technician IV - HS diploma +1 years of experience. Years of experience can count in place of education and education can count in place of years of experience in some cases.
Required Certifications: Security+ CE + PWS 9.1 (ITIL, A+, HDI-CSR, MS 365) TS/SCI and CI Polygraph Required; US Citizenship Required.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $24.52 - $33.18.
