For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About the Role:
Schneider Electric is searching for a Global Strategic Account Executive for the Cloud and Service Segment. This is the #1 segment for SE. This position requires someone who can build seamless bridges across lines of business, countries and customer. Individual will be the one hand to shake for this global account. They will be responsible for alignment of strategy, operational plans and the leadership and management of the extended team (key account managers, V2, program managers etc) + any external partners and executive sponsor. They will be responsible driving the strategy, innovation and disruption to help the customer achieve their business goals.

Lead the global extended team of Key Account Managers, V2s, PMs etc. to drive ONE strategy globally, profitable growth and increase the share of wallet across all domains, gain access with the customer at different levels, identify and manage the pipeline of opportunities, take ownership of customer issues, management and interlock of internal stakeholders to ensure right level of support for delivering the strategy and superior customer satisfaction, be the expert on the customer, their business and their opportunities. Proactively develop and implement annual calendar for QBRs, Innovation conversations, exec roundtables. Develop Annual Revenue Plan for Account by Product Line, Region and Country.
Success Profile:
10+ years of experience in Account Management and complex solution selling. Demonstrated ability to embrace diversity of thought. Business leadership presence and acumen: Excellent listening and communication skills, ability to articulate business trends and link actions to outcomes. Accustomed to fast-changing, complex and ambiguous environment. Structured, organized individual. Business Developer. Proven track record in growing Key Account businesses. Solid expertise and exposure to the Mission Critical environments. Excellent analytical- as well as written and oral communication skills. Collaborative Team Player.
