Cimarron is seeking a Customer Success/Customer Account Representative to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado. Key duties include serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with federal end users, stakeholders, and internal technical teams, capturing, clarifying, and communicating customer requirements to engineering, architecture, and service delivery teams, tracking and resolving customer issues while proactively identifying areas for improvement and managing expectations, supporting regular status updates, service reviews, and customer success reporting, advocating for customer needs internally to ensure alignment with contractual and technical obligations, supporting customer onboarding and lifecycle management in a hybrid computing environment, including data transfer, storage, and high-performance computing services, coordinating communications between account holders and technical delivery teams such as architecture, storage, and operations, leveraging executive-level communication skills and IT knowledge to engage and align multiple stakeholders, and translating customer needs into actionable requirements and driving satisfaction through tailored enterprise solutions.
Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and Education Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

Active Secret Clearance. 2 or more years of experience in an IT-focused customer account management or customer success position. Familiar with requirements gathering, customer lifecycle management, and technical stakeholder engagement.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field. Experience supporting technical government customers. Understanding of on-prem, hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure) and enterprise IT systems.
