Transaction Service Associate

We're seeking multiple Transaction Service Associates to support our Retail Asset Management department. Location: Colorado Springs, CO - Onsite Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, Some weekend OT possible. Long term growth opportunity!

Job Duties:

• Core Processing: Update client profiles and addresses, Upload various agreements, Perform R+D calculations
• Complex Processing: Manage financial beneficiary movements, Set up new accounts, Handle complex asset allocations

You'll interpret written client instructions from phone, web, and paper sources—reviewing paperwork, emails, and transcripts to ensure accurate execution. Expect to process 350–400 activities per month, navigating multiple systems and supporting clients with up to 300 accounts.

Skills to have:

• Strong computer skills, especially Excel
• Proficient math and reading abilities
• Sharp analytical thinking
• Excellent customer service and administrative skills
• Comfort with reading and interpreting large volumes of documentation

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
