Client Services Coordinator

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for incoming customer requests by phone and email, prioritizing said requests and assigning work orders to the technical team. Additionally, this position is responsible for processing sales orders by coordinating with clients to ensure all pre-installation criteria are met.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer all incoming calls.
  • Determine customer issue and prioritize accordingly.
  • Create work order and assign WO # to customer.
  • Handle low-tier tech support calls and supply orders.
  • Perform follow-up calls with customers, refer to tech support as needed.
  • File and process sales folders by coordinating with clients, creating work orders and transferring orders to production.
  • Follow-up calls with customers after installation.
  • Customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Help tech support close work orders.
  • Assist technical support department with training customers on SiteMinder®.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years working in a customer service or technical support environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors, including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift worked, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel. The pay range for this position is $19.93 to $23.94 per hour.
