You will be responsible for identifying and securing small mechanical service projects by marketing and selling targeted repair solutions to property managers and building owners. These projects involve diagnosing issues with commercial HVAC systems, recommending and selling the necessary repairs or parts replacements, and ensuring that the systems are restored to optimal operation. Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 plus commission

1+ years of sales-related work experience. Moderate related technical and financial expertise. Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle. Understanding of HVAC, energy management, engineering, installation, and construction procedures. Ability to interpret mechanical plans and specifications. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Also demonstrates excellent customer service and computer skills. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including upper management. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of accountability and willingness to take responsibility. Attention to detail.
Associate degree in engineering, business or a similar field with 2-4 years of related work experience. Any credentials, including LEED GA/AP, CEM, FE, or PE - ASHRAE association. This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor. Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds or elevated platforms as needed.
