Creative Account Manager

Our telecommunications client is looking for a Creative Account Manager to support their team for a 6-month assignment, with the plan of converting to FT after 6-months. This is a 40 hr/week opportunity that requires candidates to work 5 days/week onsite (M-F) in Englewood, CO.

Position Overview:

Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. The position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for clients.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Perform compliance reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Implement retention strategies to minimize churn and enhance client loyalty.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to foster mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong skills in client relations, sales strategy, and customer service.
  • Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
