Sr. Key Account Manager

Coloplast Danmark A/S seeks a strategic Key Account Manager who will drive innovation and collaborate with Denmark's largest municipalities and regions. You will have a key position where you work on prevention, self-reliance, and the health economic and political agenda – and contribute to strengthening Coloplast's role as a valuable partner in the health sector.

Your primary tasks

  • Market development and innovation: Increase the use of Coloplast's products and services in municipalities and regions
  • Drive the innovation agenda with a focus on prevention, product range, and the value of specialized nursing care advice
  • Develop new solutions and TCO arguments for the market payers.
  • Strategic stakeholder management
  • Establish and develop strong relationships through strategic projects
  • Identify and engage decision-makers to promote health economic dialogue
  • Map needs and activities that can be supported by Public Affairs.

Your main stakeholders

  • Municipalities: Health managers, health administration, budget managers, and political decision-makers
  • Regions: Procurement managers, hospital managers, green teams, and other decision-makers
  • Health councils and political stakeholders: New actors in the Danish health landscape.

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience with the health economic system
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Accustomed to working in a field-based role with call plan and customer building
  • Experience from the MedTech industry is an advantage
  • Relevant education – it can be a health economist or a bachelor's degree in economics.

Personal qualities

  • Independent and structured with the ability to drive strategic projects
  • Excellent relationship builder with a focus on partnerships
  • Empathetic and good at understanding the customer's needs and perspective
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated by creating value.
