Key Account Manager

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager who wants to help develop one of our largest customers!

We at Colly Flowtech are in the midst of an exciting growth journey and are now looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who can take responsibility for one of our largest and most important clients within the life-science sector. As our new KAM, you will play a decisive role in strengthening the customer relationship and ensuring long-term growth.

Role as KAM

The role involves a mix of maintenance and up-selling/cross-selling. You will primarily be responsible for one of our largest key customers, where you will be the point-of-contact for our customer and have ownership of the budget and sales activities based on Colly Flowtech's sales process. As a Key Account Manager with us, you will:

  • Build strong relationships: Develop and strengthen the relationship with one of our most valuable customers.
  • Understand customer needs: Gain a deep understanding of customers' processes and challenges.
  • Drive sales that make it better for our customers: Be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing and post-market. Ensure that we find solutions that make it better for our customers.
  • Represent Colly Flowtech: Be the customer's primary contact and ambassador for our brand.

Travel is required for the job, and you will report to the Sales Manager, who is located in Taastrup.

Who are we looking for?

As a KAM, it is expected that you interact with the customer to meet needs and provide service around our products and services. Therefore, it is important that you have an interest in technology and a willingness to learn more about flow technology and our products – while also navigating internal functions to provide the best advice to the customer.

You are targeted and work focused on results. Networking comes naturally to you, and you are good at diving among colleagues, customers, and suppliers. You influence and inspire by expressing your opinions and getting others to follow you. You plan and structure your work and enjoy solving problems. Finally, you always strive to provide the best service and exceed customer expectations.

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably with a focus on B2B
  • Driving license B
  • Fluent Danish in speech and writing
  • Fluent English in speech and writing
  • Experience with sales to the Biopharma industry is a plus
