As a Key Account Manager you'll develop and support the partnership between our company and a Supermarket account, helping to synchronize our category strategies and the account's shopper strategies to increase demand and account support for our profitable growth. Ensure we get our products into the store, off the shelf, and into the home of our consumers cost effectively and more efficiently than our competition.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial relationship with strategic partners, aiming to exceed KPIs across Net Sales, Volume, Distribution, Margin, and market share (including CaseFill, OSA, and Speed to Market).
  • Develop deep account expertise by understanding their values and strategies, and building a wide network of contacts across buying, supply chain, and operations.
  • Identify business needs and sell proactive solutions (e.g., supply chain improvements) focused on mutual benefit like gross margin improvement and expense reduction.
  • Implement and manage account investment strategy to ensure ROI, targeting consumer activities while minimizing selling price erosion.
  • Lead business planning and negotiations, preparing comprehensive plans to shift focus from price to mutually beneficial issues like supply chain efficiency, shopper insights, and category management.
  • Coordinate trade promotion activities (planning, execution, communication, and training for the sales team), including account-specific events.
  • Conduct continuous performance analysis (daily/weekly/monthly) and post-evaluation of all promotions to revise account tactics and ensure rapid sell-in of new products/special packs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial area.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Field Sales (Sales Executives or related roles)
  • Previous experience managing Chain Supermarkets
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task /Excellent organizational skills
  • Driver's License
  • Excel proficiency
  • Intermediate-Advanced English level

Preferable Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising Budget Expenses, Vendor Relationships, Market Knowledge
  • SAP knowledge
  • Google Suite / Office ppt + xls proficiency
  • +3 years of experience in two channels (Indirect Trade / SMKT /PH) and/or. Retail/Trade Marketing in Multinational Companies - Consumer Goods
