We are excited to invite applications for the Brand Execution Services Manager position to support our European Home Care Marketing Division.

Responsibilities:

The BESM is responsible for coordinating the timeline for all new products, for executing the administrative tasks needed to prepare launches & for supporting the category simplification efforts. Will be supporting the European Division Marketing Department.

Key interfaces include Brand Team, Supply Network Operation, HUB teams, Packaging, Artwork specialists, Regulatory, Legal etc.

The principal duties and responsibilities are:

  • Innovation and Relaunches Management: Support the brand teams in coordination and follow-up of the projects' timelines for the development & commercialization of all new products and relaunches. Track timelines, effectively collaborate with R&D and all other cross functional team members & ensure issues are addressed & communicated in a timely manner.

  • Launch Preparation: Work closely with the brand teams & manage tasks for launch preparation including product information sheet, Volume consolidation, Artwork Management Portal, Country pairings definition, REACH/Regulatory compliance, Certifications, trade samples coordination and other necessary tasks.

  • Simplification - Support Brand Team and Regional Marketing Director to monitor progress of simplification initiatives & help prepare plans for the future.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree;

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in multinational FMCG or pharmaceutical

  • Previous experience in Project Management

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain / Packaging

  • Fluent in Excel, SAP and project management tools

  • English fluency is mandated, other European languages would be a plus
