Customer Service Specialist

This is an excellent entry-level role for fresh graduates interested in finance, customer service, or business operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support customers with questions about invoices, payments, and account information. You will work closely with the AR team and receive full training on company systems, financial processes, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, or ticket system to answer questions about invoices and payments.
  • Help investigate simple billing issues and work with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Support the AR team in monitoring overdue accounts and assisting with basic collection tasks.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Assist with month-end reporting and other administrative AR tasks.
  • Work with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to improve customer experience.
  • Escalate issues to more senior team members when needed.
  • Follow company policies and financial guidelines (training will be provided).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree must have
  • No previous experience required — open to fresh graduates.
  • English Language knowledge B2/C1
  • Strong communication and confidence speaking with customers (training provided).
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in difficult conversations.
  • Basic Excel and willingness to learn financial systems like SAP.
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities.
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
