Customer Service Specialist - German Speaker

Location: Budapest, Hungary

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and problem resolution within the guidelines of the service policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving end user requests for product details, warranty registration and general inquiries
  • Provide first level resolution providing excellent customer experience
  • Documenting both the customer concern and action to resolve the issue in the CRM tool
  • Provide first level resolutions for interactions—inquiries, issues raised, etc.
  • Ticket creation /Categorization / Prioritization
  • Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
  • Identify and troubleshoot, document and categorize customer inquiries/requests, and if needed escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures.

We are looking for you if you:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and German
  • Have high school degree
  • Have experience in working with customers or in an international environment
  • Have experience of using ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Have good planning and organizational skills
  • Are ready to learn new applications and solutions and has quick learning ability
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Are able to work independently
