- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Support store operations by providing insights into customer preferences and behavior.
- Contribute to multi-channel strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.
- Adapt to rotational shifts demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting customer needs.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of omnichannel customer service tools and techniques.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Have experience in store operations and multi-channel environments is a plus.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease.
- Show proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Display a customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
