What You'll Do

• Facilitate Agile practice - run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retros; ensure iterative, value-driven delivery that adheres to Scrum or Kanban principles.
• Coordinate projects & stakeholders - align product owners, Tech Leads, and external stakeholders on scope, priorities, and timelines; keep the backlog focused on high-value work.
• Lead the team - coach developers on estimation, partner with Tech Leads on technical decisions, and clear impediments within one business day to maintain momentum.
• Safeguard quality - embed QA checkpoints, integrate testing into the Definition of Done, and verify that deliverables meet customer needs and internal standards.
• Drive continuous improvement - facilitate retrospectives, analyze velocity and flow metrics, and implement actionable experiments that boost efficiency and team health.
• Communicate & report - provide concise, data-backed updates on status, risks, dependencies, and closed tickets through Jira, Azure Boards, or GitHub Projects.
• Manage risk - identify, monitor, and mitigate issues early; own contingency plans that keep delivery on track.
