Parental Leave Representative For Customer Service Team

To strengthen our Customer Service Team in Hanover, we are looking for you – for a position as a parental leave representative for 24 months.

Your tasks at a glance:

Administration of billing documents: You are the interface between our CI users, health insurance companies, and other billing entities. Accurate and meticulous work is required, as well as good communication skills.

The review, billing, and independent follow-up of the services provided are also part of your duties.

The sensitive handling of health data and data maintenance is an essential part of your daily work.

You create cost estimates taking into account individual requirements.

You work closely with our finance and sales team.

Intensive training: You will be comprehensively trained and further educated as a medical device consultant.

What you bring with you:

Completed commercial education and/or relevant experience in customer service. Ideally, experience in dealing with health insurance companies.

Very good German language skills in speech and writing.

Basic knowledge of English is advantageous.

Strong service orientation and communication skills.

Careful, goal-oriented working style and a desire for further development.

Secure handling of MS Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
