Key member of the North American Deployment Team, the primary function of the Deployment Project Coordinator is the creation and implementation of schedules for installation of Coates Equipment at Quick Service Restaurants. Understanding and catering for incoming demand, installer constraints, customer requirements, support constraints and commercial relationships to balance competing priorities and ultimately controlling costs of the programs of work. This will require a strong technical skillset in planning and toolset development as well as excellent collaboration and communication behaviors. The Deployment Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain planning tools / schedules
  • Understand how to extract data from multiple systems as inputs to the plan and then how to support updating core systems accordingly for the outcomes of the planning engine
  • Refresh plans on a weekly basis according to updated inputs and priorities
  • Co-ordinate plans with install partners and ensure supporting business processes are being used to execute the outcomes
  • Communicate plans with deployment teams and other accountable stakeholders in a well understood and sustainable method to ensure all stakeholders are able to execute their respective functions
  • Have a full working knowledge of commercial relationships with our customers and installers to ensure plans are optimized and triggering appropriate commercial outcomes
  • Work cross functionally to implement change in business processes
  • Work to execute the S&OP plan, ensuring balance & alignment to demand/supply of HW, deployment resources and installer capacity to execute flawlessly

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in planning and scheduling
  • In-depth understanding of planning& scheduling practices and toolsets
  • Exceptional Excel skills and an understanding of database methods and technology
  • Salesforce exposure and experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Detailed scheduling and planning toolset development and/or implementation experience
  • ERP exposure and understanding
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Construction industry experience / understanding will help with understanding constraints and underlying cost drivers

$57,000 - $65,000 a year

Full salary range: $57,200/year (minimum), $61,100/year (midpoint), $65,000/ (maximum).

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. Well-qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications but have more limited directly relevant experience for this specific role are typically placed nearer the minimum, while highly experienced candidates with strong role alignment may be placed closer to the maximum.
