As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you will be part of our Operations Support Team and act as the interface to our customers. You are eager to help us build a new logistics site together? • Responsible for written and telephone customer support (B2B)
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Solution-oriented handling of customer inquiries, complaints, shipment issues, etc.
• Timely preparation of quotations, order processing and backlog management
• Preparation and follow-up of customer-specific data
• Interface for internal communication

What we are looking for:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
• Experience in logistics, preferably in the B2B environment
• Very good MS Office skills
• Customer-oriented attitude and confident interaction with business partners
• Fluent German and English skills
• Motivated and independent working style
• Proactive, service-oriented thinking and acting
