The Manager of Technical Delivery leads a team of customer-facing technical professionals responsible for designing and delivering high-quality SaaS implementations. This role ensures that technical solutions align with customer requirements, platform capabilities, and delivery best practices, while supporting scalable, predictable service execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with people leadership, customer-facing experience, and a bias toward operational excellence.
Our Professional Services team is a fast-paced team that implements the Clutch platform for our Credit Union customers. We gather requirements, build out the platform to their specifications, work with them to test and iterate as needed, and then set them live so they can realize value. We're a team with a bias for Customer Success - our top metric isn't setting customers live (though we do plenty of that), it's ensuring their success through renewal and expansion.
Our company is rapidly growing, and so is our team. We're looking for individuals who want to help us scale our systems, tools, and technical delivery motion as we strive for a world-class delivery motion.
