Customer Success Manager

CloudTrucks is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Customer Success Manager. This is a 0 to 1 opportunity, where you will play a pivotal role in defining the strategy, building the go-to-market plan, and driving revenue growth. This is a high-impact Customer Success role that requires a balance of strategic vision, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration. As a CSM at CloudTrucks, you will play a pivotal role in helping our Business Partners meet their milestones and build the most successful trucking business on their terms.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with leasing companies, vendors, and truck drivers
  • Own outreach and white gloved onboarding for new truck drivers
  • Collaborate with product to translate partner needs into roadmap inputs, pilot programs, or new tooling
  • Diagnose and unlock growth: Identify underutilized accounts, design playbooks to boost activation and engagement, and resolve blockers cross-functionally
  • Be the feedback loop: Share customer insights with product, marketing, and leadership to influence roadmap and GTM strategy
  • Track key partnership metrics and report on performance, growth, and engagement
  • Where is this role based and who do they report to? In SF, reporting to the head of CS

Who You Are (Outline Responsibilities (Minimum of 5-7)):

  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable pushing both customers and internal teams to create better outcomes
  • You have a growth mindset: You're not afraid to try things you've not done before and failing.

  • Passionate about supporting owner operators

What We Are Looking For Qualifications (Minimum of 5-7):

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a hybrid AM/CSM role
  • Proven track record in managing a revenue book and hitting retention/expansion goals
  • Experience working with SMB or mid-market customers in a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to speak to ROI, workflows, and performance metrics
  • Bonus: Experience with marketplaces, and or the freight industry
