Fastship is a cross-border logistics platform in Thailand that integrates door-to-door delivery services from over 15 companies including UPS, FedEx, Aramex, SF Express, USPS, PostNL, and ThailandPost. Our strategy is to expand business scope to enhance the competitiveness of rapidly growing e-commerce businesses in the South Asia region, leveraging innovation and technology, and providing diverse logistics and supply chain solutions.
Internship students in the customer service department will gain practical experience by working with a knowledgeable customer service team in various functions. Interns will be responsible for managing new customers and onboarding processes, addressing real issues, and enhancing their knowledge in international logistics. They will also develop problem-solving and daily project management skills.
