Internship students in the customer service department will gain practical experience by working with a knowledgeable customer service team in various functions. Interns will be responsible for managing new customers and onboarding processes, addressing real issues, and enhancing their knowledge in international logistics. They will also develop problem-solving and daily project management skills.

The customer service team we are looking for consists of three teams:

General Customer Service Team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues for all customer groups
  • Providing service through multiple channels including phone, chat, and email
  • Recording and following up on reported issues to ensure they are addressed by the relevant team
  • Compiling frequently asked questions (FAQs) to improve service delivery

Onboarding Team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new customers and service interest parties
  • Introduce the system usage step by step
  • Assist in setting up and preparing accounts and services to be ready for use
  • Provide initial advice on usage to reduce initial obstacles

Pick-up Coordination Team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pick-up appointments with customers and logistics providers
  • Verify address, pickup points, and appointment times for accuracy
  • Monitor the status of package pickup to ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve issues that arise during the process, such as delays or incomplete information

Internship qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any field
  • Eager to learn and enjoys communicating with people
  • Able to commute to our main office in Bang Kapi, Bangkok
  • Professional level communication skills in Thai, both spoken and written
  • English communication skills are a plus

Internship benefits at CloudCommerce:

  • Daily allowance of 200 baht
  • Minimum internship duration of 3 months or more
