Fastship Internship Program

Fastship is a cross-border logistics platform in Thailand that integrates over 15 door-to-door delivery service providers including UPS, FedEx, Aramex, SF Express, USPS, PostNL, and ThailandPost. Our strategy is to expand the business scope to enhance the competitiveness of rapidly growing e-commerce businesses in the Southeast Asian region, leveraging innovation and technology as the core, and providing diverse logistics and supply chain solutions.

We have delivery services to over 200 destinations, more than 25 types of logistics services, and 20 logistics service points across Thailand.

The customer service intern will gain real work experience by working with a team of experts in customer service in various functions. The intern will be responsible for managing new customers and new account openings, handling real issues, and enhancing cross-border logistics knowledge. At the same time, the intern will develop problem-solving and management skills through daily tasks.

The customer service teams we are looking for are as follows (we will consider team placement based on suitability and ability):

1. Customer Service Team:

  • Answer questions, provide information, and resolve issues for all customer groups
  • Provide services through multiple channels such as phone, line, Facebook, etc.
  • Record and follow up on reported issues to forward to the relevant team for resolution
  • Compile frequently asked questions (FAQ) to improve service delivery
  • Monitor the status of goods and continuously update customers with information
  • Maintain service standards in accordance with company guidelines
  • Assist in checking and reporting issues found in system usage or service provision
  • Support other team tasks as assigned

2. Onboarding Team:

  • Welcome new customers and interested service users
  • Provide step-by-step guidance on system usage
  • Assist in setting up accounts and services to be ready for use
  • Offer initial advice on usage to reduce early-stage obstacles

3. Pick-up Coordination Team:

  • Coordinate pick-up appointments with customers and transport service providers
  • Verify address, pickup points, and appointment times for accuracy
  • Monitor the status of goods receipt to ensure transportation plans are followed
  • Resolve issues that arise during the process, such as delays or incomplete information
  • Check and follow up on pending cases to prevent project setbacks

4. Post-Shipment Support Team:

  • Track and coordinate post-shipment issues
  • Coordinate with destination agents and transport providers to investigate cases
  • Handle problem cases such as delayed, lost, returned, or failed deliveries
  • Monitor case progress until resolution
  • Record and update case information accurately in the system
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to expedite issue resolution and minimize customer impact
  • Support other team tasks as assigned

Internship Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any field
  • Eager to learn and enjoys communicating with people
  • Punctuality and a sense of responsibility
  • Able to commute to our head office at 14, Chang Wat
  • Professional level Thai communication skills, both spoken and written
  • English communication skills are a plus

Benefits and Internship Terms:

  • Daily allowance: 200 baht
  • Minimum internship duration: 3 months or more
  • Workdays: Monday to Saturday (Saturday off)
  • Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00
