CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced IT Client Support Analyst to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility, and a collaborative work environment.

How you'll create opportunities in this IT Client Support Analyst role:

  • Respond to chat support requests from CLA clients and Internal CLA members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic log-in and application navigation issues
  • Log detailed activities, and track requests utilizing an incident management database
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team setting by sharing support experiences and issues.
  • Cultivate a working knowledge of IT ticketing system and chat support
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills

What you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in customer service or providing IT support
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
