Senior IT Support Analyst

In this role, you will combine in-depth technical knowledge with a keen sense for service. You will be the point of contact for complex IT issues, and an active contributor to technological innovation within our OneEurope and Global Technology organization.

Senior Support & Technical Advice You will resolve complex incidents and oversee the process until the final solution. You will advise users on Core Technology and Legal Technology applications and actively share your knowledge with local and regional team members.

User Experience & Technology Adoption You will provide tailored support through on-site visits, one-on-one sessions, and the Tech Hub. You will analyze the needs of lawyers and business professionals, adapting your communication style effortlessly to your interlocutor.

AV, Meeting Rooms & Events You will support AV systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco equipment, and conferencing solutions. You will ensure preventive checks, cable management, and flawless support for internal and external events.

Infrastructure & Projects You will collaborate with the Global Infrastructure team on rollout projects, pilots, and hardware tests.

Service Management & Asset Management You will accurately record incidents and solutions in ServiceNow, monitor SLAs, and manage communication during outages and maintenance. Additionally, you will manage the hardware inventory and ensure an up-to-date and reliable asset database.

Documentation & Innovation You will keep knowledge and procedure documentation current and actively monitor developments in AI, cloud, and security.

Qualifications

• IT Experience in a Professional Environment You have extensive experience in an IT support role, preferably within the legal or professional services sector, and are accustomed to working with demanding users.
• Broad Technical Knowledge You are proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, iManage (or similar DMS), Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco telephony, iOS/Android/macOS, and networking fundamentals. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Communicative Strength You seamlessly interact with technical colleagues, partners, and international teams. You are self-assured and patient, even under pressure.
• Advisory Mindset You diagnose problem causes, even with incomplete information, and always come up with a solution.
• Team Player with Ownership You take responsibility, share your knowledge with others, and enjoy collaborating in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Lean, or Other Improvement Methodologies is a plus.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch is an advantage.
