It's an exciting time for Clerk, coming off a year of record user growth and product launches that further our vision of making authentication and user management intuitive and enjoyable.
As our first Technical Account Manager, you'll partner with our most strategic customers to ensure they're successful at every stage — from onboarding through scaling and beyond. You'll combine technical expertise with a users-first mindset to help customers integrate Clerk seamlessly and grow their usage over time. You'll also be their voice to internal teams like product and engineering and identify ways to help improve Clerk.
Because this is a founding role, you'll also play a key part in defining what Technical Account Management looks like at Clerk — setting standards, building frameworks, and shaping how we engage with customers as we scale.
