Your Impact
The Global Demand Customer Success Manager manages a portfolio of pooled accounts within a low-touch Customer Success model. This is an entry-level, commercially focused Customer Success role designed to develop future revenue and growth talent. The core objective of the role is to drive customer value at scale while proactively sourcing expansion opportunities from the pooled segment. This role focuses on creating qualified expansion pipeline through consultations, proactive outreach, and digital engagement, in partnership with Sales and High-Touch CSMs. The primary success metric of this role is expansion pipeline created from pooled accounts.
What You'll Do
- Pooled Account Management (Low-Touch)
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of pooled merchants.
- Support onboarding, setup, and feature adoption.
- Reinforce value realization and ensure merchants are fully utilizing their plan.
- Monitor account health and engagement to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Manage escalations for pooled customers in line with rules of engagement.
Expansion Sourcing & Consultations (Primary Focus)
- Conduct optimization and value consultation calls to: Identify underutilized features and growth opportunities.
- Ensure merchants are achieving full value.
- Surface and qualify expansion potential.
- Proactively create expansion demand by reviewing accounts and following structured playbooks.
- Convert inbound digital signals (email, chat, campaigns) into qualified expansion meetings.
- Route or close expansion opportunities according to rules of engagement.
- You will learn how to run structured commercial conversations that drive measurable growth outcomes.
- One-to-Many Engagement Deliver scalable customer engagement such as onboarding webinars and optimization roundtables.
- Drive education and adoption at scale across the pooled segment
Success Metrics
- Expansion meetings and pipeline generated.
- Consultation activity volume and quality.
- Adoption and engagement lift across pooled accounts.
- SLA adherence on inbound demand.
What You'll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, retail, hospitality, or support role (SaaS/eCommerce experience is a bonus, not essential).
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
- Commercial curiosity — you naturally spot opportunities to improve or grow accounts.
- Comfort working with data or metrics to guide conversations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, collaborative, and customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to learn quickly and build a career in SaaS and eCommerce.
