TAK Program Support Analyst
COLSA Corporation is seeking a TAK Program Support Analyst to join a collaborative team of Data Scientists and Engineers supporting the TAK Uncrewed Systems and Data Science mission. This role works closely with team leads to deliver on client requirements, track milestones, and ensure program objectives are met efficiently.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the TAK program team including team leads in managing tasking and tracking deliverables using Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Collect, analyze, and report on program data (e.g., task status, release progress, performance metrics) in collaboration with data science and engineering teams to support decision-making and program visibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that aggregate program data (e.g., Jira, Confluence, and other sources) to provide real-time visibility into KPIs, deliverables, and program performance
- Maintain and update program schedules, to include milestones, deliverables, and release timelines in coordination with engineering and data science teams
- Track program execution against established plans, ensuring deliverables are on time, complete, and aligned with customer requirements
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, internal teams, data scientists, engineers, and OEM partners to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines
- Prepare and maintain program documentation, including release reports, status updates, and briefing materials for government customers
- Support development and tracking of data milestones associated with TAK release cycles, working closely with technical teams to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor program performance and assist with cost and schedule tracking to support overall program health
- Coordinate and support execution of customer briefings, demonstrations, and working group sessions with input from engineering and data science teams
- Manage program files, repositories, and documentation to ensure accessibility and configuration control
- Communicate regularly with government customers to provide updates on deliverables, risks, and schedule change
- Review technical directives and customer requirements to ensure tasks and deliverables are properly aligned
- Support OEM coordination, including access to TAK resources and communication with government sponsors as needed
- Assist with financial tracking activities and contribute to development of program status reporting (e.g., PowerPoint briefings, dashboards)
- Support planning and execution of program events, field activities, and deliverable distribution to mission partners
- Maintain awareness of applicable government policies, guidance, and program requirements
- Provide general coordination support across the program, including tracking hardware and team resources as needed

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant project or program support experience
- Working knowledge of cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to support cross-functional tasks, process improvements, or data analysis
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance within six (6) months of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Large Language Models, such as Microsoft Copilot, for increasing project management productivity
- Designing documents and graphics using PowerPoint or Canva
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced and flexible working environment
