Control Account Manager, F-16 Production Programs

You will be the Control Account Manager, Staff member for the F-16 Production programs within Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for facilitating the procurement cycle from beginning to end, operating in a dynamic, cross-functional environment to deliver quality products on-time to our customers. We oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. We'll also review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Finally, we'll develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Security clearance AeroSCM.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related field
  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or Procure to Pay (P2P)
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) processes
  • Experience implementing change to improve processes
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with the Proposal Process, Risk Mitigation, and or Project Management, as it relates to Supply Chain
  • CAM Trained
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR
  • Risk and Opportunity Management knowledge
  • Experience reviewing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Experience working in Cobra and Empower
  • Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results
  • Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Problem solving skills

  • Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
  • Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
  • Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
  • Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
