You will be the Control Account Manager, Senior for the F-16 Production programs within Global Supply Chain (GSC) team.

Our team is responsible for facilitating the procurement cycle from beginning to end, operating in a dynamic, cross-functional environment to deliver quality products on time to our customers. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX à Discover Fort Worth. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related field
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Procure to Pay (P2P)

Desired Skills:

• Experience preparing and delivering presentations
• Knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR
• Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Problem solving skills

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret

• Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
• Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
