You will serve as Branch Manager for the Radio Frequency (RF) Experimentation and Demonstration Branch, providing primarily administrative, technical, logistical, financial, and/or business-related services.
You will provide the full range of supervisory oversight (administrative and technical) for a medium to large size workforce.
You will be responsible for the development of the workforce, effective execution of workload consistent with organizational initiatives and objectives, and for providing outstanding support and service to assigned customers.
You will plan, distribute, coordinate, and monitor work assignments of subordinates; evaluate work performance and provide feedback on their performance.
You will enhance organizational and agency programs and initiatives by coordinating and integrating work that involves distinct areas of responsibility and that requires varying skills, knowledge, and abilities to execute the mission.
You will identify solutions and provide guidance and advice to subordinates and to other supervisors and managers.
You will develop and implement long and short-term planning for required funding, human resources, facilities and equipment.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate providing administrative/technical oversight of projects involving financial management, facilities management, or acquisition programs to ensure quality support and services to assigned customers for an organization.
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
