Leadership Impact: This role operates as the senior leader responsible for client satisfaction, workforce stability, operational performance, and contract execution. The Account Manager functions as the business leader of the account.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop security personnel
• Own client relationships and service delivery
• Manage staffing strategy and retention
• Oversee incident management
• Drive KPI performance
• Control overtime and staffing efficiency
• Develop future supervisors

Qualifications (Must Have):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years leadership experience
• Experience managing personnel
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass background screening
