Program Management Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable professional to support program management teams in coordinating personnel, resources, and activities across large-scale government or intelligence programs. This role blends organizational expertise with a working knowledge of SIGINT operations to ensure smooth execution of program goals and deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing personnel assigned to task orders and integrated product teams.
• Support the creation of management plans and contribute to cost and performance reporting.
• Coordinate project activities including drafting work packages, managing work breakdown structures, and supporting related program functions.
• Handle logistics for travel, meetings, briefings, and other operational needs essential to program success.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a technical or business field, plus a minimum of 3 years supporting programs exceeding $1 million annually. Candidates without a degree may be considered with additional relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage program-related activities such as resource allocation, personnel coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to support reporting and documentation needs.
