Program Coordinator
GovCIO is hiring a Program Coordinator to support the USFK USACIAS-P program in the Republic of Korea (South Korea). This position will be located at USAG Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, Korea, and will be a fully onsite position. This position will report directly to the Program Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate program activities, schedules, resources, deliverables, and cross-team collaboration
- Perform program administration tasks, including data entry, record keeping, procurement support, and invoice tracking
- Track and report on performance metrics, service support contracts, and contract deliverables
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, meeting records, action items, SOPs, and compliance artifacts
- Assist with resource planning, training coordination, travel requests, supply management, and audit preparation
- Support compliance reporting, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives for the program
Qualifications:
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Coordinating and administering technical programs or contracts in DoD, military, or government environments
- Managing schedules, deliverables, documentation, and performance tracking across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Handling program administration tasks such as record keeping, reporting, compliance support, and liaison duties
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Supporting programs involving USACISA-P, CENTRIXS-K, or other bilateral/multinational coalition networks in DoD environments
- Providing program coordination and administrative support for classified military systems, RMF compliance, or coalition network operations
- Developing and maintaining program documentation, reports, SOPs, and administrative records for secure DoD or coalition programs like CENTRIXS-K

Posted Salary Range: USD $71,150.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
