Project Coordinator
Fusion Innovation is seeking a Project Coordinator with a Systems Engineer background to join our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Consulting with portfolio, program and project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system.
- Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Monitor portfolio, program or project timelines and deadlines.
- Identify potential schedule delays and facilitate interventions.
- Evaluates performance and prepares project progress reports.
- Participates in design meetings.
- Works with managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes.
- Keeps stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
- Manages project-related paperwork.
Required Skills:
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
- Requires medium to advanced knowledge of JIRA and project scheduling tools (MS Project)
Desired Skills:
- ServiceNow experience/knowledge
