We are actively seeking a Public Trust-cleared Project Coordinator with experience in program management support and stakeholder engagement to assist our clients at the Defense Health Agency's Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). Qualified candidates will provide day-to-day coordination of meetings, deliverables, and outreach activities to ensure mission success and timely execution of OSBP priorities. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. Work Description: The Project Coordinator will support day-to-day execution of OSBP activities by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring deliverables are tracked and submitted on time. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support program management functions across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vendor and stakeholder meetings, ensuring logistical and documentation requirements are met.
• Maintain project schedules, staffing updates, and deliverable tracking logs.
• Support the development and submission of required reports, including monthly progress updates.
• Draft meeting summaries, action items, and corrective action follow-up reports.
• Assist with planning and execution of outreach events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and tracking.
• Provide administrative and project management support to ensure continuity of operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or program support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
• Experience supporting federal programs or acquisition efforts preferred.
