We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Support Analyst to support and maintain corporate and contract IT infrastructure across multiple locations in Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently troubleshoot, maintain, and improve end-user systems and network operations. Must be a US Citizen to be considered for this position. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Responsibilities:

• Accept a mentorship to assist the Information Technology (IT) Engineer in providing systems support tasks for hardware devices and software packages, help with installation setups, and revise existing documentation guidelines.
• Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems.
• Provide training for teams in multi-faceted departments, answer technology questions as needed, complete administrative tasks when required, and fill out documentation when requesting new inventory.
• Commute short distances between office locations to provide support.
• Provide support to remote users and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
• In person 5x/week, Alexandria office

Education:

• Bachelor's degree with demonstrated working knowledge of IT functions for 3+ years.

Clearance:

• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
