As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Implementation & Operations Technical SME.
Project Summary: We are seeking a mid-level Implementation & Operations Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the deployment and ongoing operations of the TrustVisitor commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) visitor management platform. This role serves as a technical coordinator across identity, access control, networking, and application support teams, working closely with the implementation partner during deployment and transitioning into full operational ownership post-implementation. The ideal candidate is technically versatile, comfortable learning a new COTS product through self-study and shadowing, and skilled at managing system operations end to end in a secure enterprise environment.

At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member. The targeted base salary range for this role is $102,000-$154,000 per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
