  • Optimize & Coordinate: Standardize procedures, troubleshoot advanced systems, and enforce best practices to ensure mission readiness.

  • Position may require the ability to perform in and arduous environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior SURTASS shipboard technician experience.
  • Military electronics "C" school or equivalent civilian certification.
  • IAT II Certifications (Security+ or CCNA Security)
  • 5+ years of UNIX/Linux/Windows network management and CISCO systems.
  • Experience with Navy systems: ISNS, CENTRIXS, SCI, and secure communications.
  • TL-29A and advanced sonar array maintenance (CLFA, LFA, HFM3).
  • Proven track record with mission-critical subsystem repairs (GCCS-M, GPS, SHF/UHF SATCOM, HF, SIPR/NIPRNET).

This is more than a job — it's a mission-critical technical leadership opportunity with global impact and operational prestige. At Leidos, we don't want someone who "fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over-caffeinated, the ones who ask, "what's next?" before the dust settles on "what's now." If you're already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2… good. You'll fit right in.
