Customer Service Representative

Serco has a great opportunity for you! As a Customer Service Representative, you will help Service members moving to new duty stations and assignments. This position is located in Millington, TN. This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain your Secret clearance. Serco supports the US Navy as a contractor in the Transaction Support Center (TSC) in Millington, TN processing expense claims for Sailors moving their families and household goods to new duty stations and assignments. In this role you will:

  • Provide professional clerical support to ensure prompt processing of expense claims and reimbursement of expenses associated with relocation and changing duty assignments, by reviewing claims for accuracy, completeness, and proper supporting documentation.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance;
  • A High School diploma
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Ability to work independently, in a professional office environment on a full-time basis
  • Familiarity with the DoD Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and Defense Travel System (DTS) is preferred
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift, around the clock weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 coverage schedule.
