Customer Account Manager

CGI Federal is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Account Manager. As a Customer Account Manager, you will enable the customer to accomplish their goals and mission by assisting with project management, acquisition support and post-acquisition activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to leverage your relationship building and communication skills to advance the client mission. This position is located in Chantilly.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain, and closeout profiles.
• Provide Quality Assurance checks on profiles.
• Proactively monitor funding statuses.
• Administer monthly billing and invoicing to include burn rates and make corresponding updates.
• Effective and efficient communications with business partners and relationship building.
• Create and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5 years of experience in supporting project management, purchasing, or acquisition related activities
• Experience working within secured space
• Experience with IC clients
