CGI Federal is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Account Manager. As a Customer Account Manager, you will enable the customer to accomplish their goals and mission by assisting with project management, acquisition support and post-acquisition activities. This position is located in Chantilly, VA. Your future duties and responsibilities include establishing, maintaining, and closing out profiles; providing quality assurance checks on profiles; proactively monitoring funding statuses; administering monthly billing and invoicing; effective and efficient communications with business partners; and creating and following SOPs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role include five years of experience in supporting project management, purchasing, or acquisition related activities. Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.
