This position will report to the manager of Business Operations Team within Ground Systems in Fort Worth, Texas in support of our F-22 FASTeR II contract.
This position requires an understanding of Earned Value Management processes and supporting tools as you will be responsible applying these techniques and overseeing the cost, schedule and technical execution of the F-22 FASTeR contract, acting as a single point of accountability for labor control accounts and delivering insights to drive program success. • Bachelor's Degree or above • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) guidelines, processes and their implementation on programs • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis and process management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication ability, enabling clear, concise and impactful exchanges with stakeholders at all levels
• Certification as a Control Account Manager(CAM) with prior CAM working experience and knowledge • Familiarity with Program Performance Management tools (CASIE, Deltek, PM Compass, Cobra, CASMO, STREET, Open Plan, and Empower data analytics) • Advanced knowledge of Aerospace Earned Value Management (EVMS) processes and procedures, with specific application to LM Aeronautics products including Command Media and PPMP • Familiarity with LM Aero scheduling systems used to plan and track performance. • Familiarity with LM Aero EV metric reports and data structure, including the use of Tableau • Highly proficient in MS Office suite of tools • Experience in agile environment and methodologies as well as creating and maintaining project schedules related to the team's program planning initiatives • Experience with Corrective Action and Problem Solving • Excellent organization, communication, presentation and time management skills. • Ability to quickly learn, assimilate, adapt to, and successfully execute in the ever-changing environment of agile development programs
